Educational Resources
This section provides resources For Archaeologists and For Educators. Archaeologists who are interested in working with schools will find materials on how to write lesson plans, state education standards, and information on contacting teachers’ organizations. Educators wishing to use archaeology in the classroom will find prewritten lesson plans and activities, links to other lesson plan pages, downloadable materials, and access to the award-winning newsletter AnthroNotes.
State & National Resources
Look here to find links to archaeological resources, agencies, and organizations within your state. You can also find links to national organizations, and a list of State Network Coordinators who will help you with your questions on archaeology.
Archaeological Laws & Ethics
There are state and national laws that pertain to archaeological sites, burials, artifacts, and repatriation. Look here for information on those laws. Also, archaeologists are guided by ethics regarding the study and preservation of archaeological sites and materials. Learn more about archaeological ethics here.

Partnerships
There are many examples of successful collaborations and partnerships both within archaeologist with different interests and between archaeologists and multiple publics with different points of view about the past.
